	- Aim to create a cooperative social system -
	Active, daring activity to achieve an ideal society, with high aspirations and firm resolution. Promote both 'individual awareness reform' and 'social system reform' as a new economic citizens' body. In order to build an effective, rapidly-acting organization, implement and strengthen 'cooperative style campaign development', 'practical organization construction', 'establishment of training functions', and 'financial structure reform'.
