There are two major roles for the National Entity Regeneration
Special Committee that has been newly established this financial year. The first
is the proposal of a vision towards realizing the reconstruction of a nation system.
I would like to create the opportunity for inducing change by sending out to society
our views as the responsible generation for the future. The other role is the
establishment of practical methodology in the activities of Tokyo JC. Such activities
involve the enhancement of a policy planning function including the creation of
regulations and legislation, and raising the level of policy practice. I intend
to tackle both roles with high aspirations and passion and look forward to working
with you all.
