1.Annual Slogan
Let's change to a regional type society! Let's create an active
Japan!
Change begins from the voice of one individual, the passion
of one individual, and the actions of one individual
<Attitude towards JC movement>
Through the JC movement we will move towards a regional type society, and change
regional society, thereby changing the nation and realizing the creation of an
active Japan brimming with hope. This realization will start by listening to the
opinions of each and every citizen (including members), possessing the passion
of each and every individual, and arousing the actions all people.
2. Fundamental Policies
Promotion of movement to reform society from a dependent type
one to an independent type society
<Fundamental directions for JC movement>
In order to establish a regional sovereignty type of society based on true national
sovereignty, it will be essential to establish regions comprising independent
citizens. By shaking free from a reliant type system in which citizens request
administrative authorities or the government to protect them and rely on other
people to do things, and promoting individual awareness reform based on self-help,
independence, and personal responsibility, a movement will be promoted in which
an independent regional sovereignty type of society is established.
Development of a movement for planning and realizing policies
based on evaluation of the JC movement
<Methods for developing the JC movement>
It will be necessary to check again whether or not our movement or the policy
proposals really meet the needs of citizens or society. We will evaluate the JC
movement from various angles by examining the awareness of issues among citizens,
formulate policies that can be implemented with the aim of improving the benefits
(public benefits) to society as a whole, and develop the movement in actual collaboration
with other economic organizations, NPOs, administrative agencies or industry with
the aim of realizing policies that go beyond mere policy statements.
Reform of management functions for enabling the development
of an efficient and effective movement
<Methods of JC management or functions>
An efficient and effective movement is required while our membership numbers continue
to decline. By pushing ahead boldly with functional reform such as organizational
reform and management reform, we will develop an effective movement in which efficiency
is demanded and a particular quality is guaranteed. |
